What does the pod need?

• 4.5m x 2.5m hard surface.  Blockwork, tarmac or gravel.  This needs to be your own private land, owned by you.  The pod cannot be placed on a public highway or obstructing a footpath.
• Space for the trailer to be maneuvered into position.
• Connection to an outside tap.  We will provide a 25m hose.  
• Three standard 13a plug sockets, we will provide 25m extension leads.
• A drain, gulley or soak away within 10m of the pod., again on your own land.  If this is uphill of the pod location please advise us at time of booking.

Rental

• 1-6 Days = £45/day.  Perfect for emergency situations or very short projects
• 1-2 Weeks = £280/week.  Ideal for quick kitchen refreshes
• 3-4 Weeks = £250/week.  Most common for standard kitchen renovations
• 5-8 Weeks = £230/week.  Extended projects, best value per week
• 9-12 Weeks = £210/week.  Long-term renovations
• 13+ Weeks = £200/week.  Maximum commitment discount
• 50% to be paid before delivery
• Remaining 50% to be paid by rental halfway point.

Delivery (distances measured from Leeds)

• 0-25 miles: £100 
• 26-50 miles: £150 
• 51-75 miles: £200 
• 76+ miles: £275
• To be paid in full before delivery

Deposit

• £250
• To be paid before delivery
• Returned within 5 days of collection providing pod and contents returned in good condition.

• £605 to be paid before delivery (inc. £250 deposit)
